How Should Documents Be Checked for a Single Lot of Rubber?

Updated: 2026-10-08 · RIOMI Editorial · Trade & Supply Chain
Quick AnswerReconcile the contract, invoice, packing list, COA, B/L and certificate of origin against lot numbers, case numbers, quantities and parties one by one; where discrepancies are found, verify against the original documents first.

Parties and Cargo

Check the contractual roles of seller, shipper, consignee and notify party; check grade, manufacturing mill, net weight, number of packages, lot number and container number. The shipper's name alone does not prove the manufacturing mill.

Version Control

Record every document revision, issuance time and responsible person. Process the origin certificate under the exact issued title "Certificate of Origin", and do not write it as a Phytosanitary Certificate.
